The Carpinteria Arts Center presents our 11th Annual AVOCADO FESTIVAL BAZAAR, held in our courtyard during the "California Avocado Festival" - Saturday and Sunday, October 6th and 7th, 2018.

The "California Avocado Festival" is a huge event now in its 32nd year.

With over 110,000 visitors attending in 2017, there is much celebrating of all things local – music, crafts, food, etc.  It is the largest free music festival in California.

Our BAZAAR was started in 2007 to give local artisans a place to sell their amazing work in community celebration of the main festival.  All items must be handcrafted.

We welcome your participation!!!  

Follow the below 4 steps. 

1. Submit an artisan "Vendor Application" form by 08/06/18.  This is a juried show seeking a variety of art in a limited space; applicants will be notified by 08/20/18 if they have been selected.  Three photos of your work are rquired along with the application.  Click HERE to download the "Vendor Application" form.

2. Submit an artisan vendor fee of $100.00 for the two day event.  This should be submitted with the "Vendor Application" form by check or credit card.  Please note that your check/credit card will not be cashed/charged until after 08/20/18 when you are notified of your selection. 

3. Submit an artisan "Participant Agreement" form.  This form lists the guidelines for agreement to be a artisan vendor at the event.  Click HERE to download the "Participant Agreement" form.  

4. Submit a "Membership Fee" of $40.00 to become a current member of Carpinteria Arts Center, as our mission is to support collaborative relationship (disregard if you are a current member).  Payment must be made by 08/30/18 to finalize your selection and vendor space.  Click HERE to be routed to our website and become a member. 

Everything must be sent ONLY by email or by US mail.

Please do not drop off at the Carpinteria Arts Center.  There is a wonderful volunteer - Marcia McNally - who is organizing all the artisans for the bazaar.
