California Dreaming

California Dreaming Exhibit - Ingathering
Campus Point from Hope Ranch - Oil by Meg Ricks

Calling all artists for the ingathering of our new juried show "California Dreaming" on Friday, May 29, 2015 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. - please see ingathering specifics. We are excited to have Dane Goodman jury the show and think it will be amazing! In Goodman's words:

"When jurying I bring no agenda except to do the best I can in the given situation. I am open to all styles, media, and concepts. I have judged art at all levels from high school to the National Endowment for Arts in Washington, D.C. I do, however, look for a certain authenticity in the work, the something that makes the work the artist’s own.

What I hope to see is the singular voice coming through. I want to feel the artist was fully engaged, committed when they made the particular artwork."

The show runs from May 30 through July 20. We look forward to seeing you all at the Arts Center!
